2010 Newsletters Rich Township has been named Township of the Year by the Illinois Township Association of Senior Services Committee for 2009-2010. The Commitment to Senior Services Award is presented annually to one township in Illinois that demonstrates an outstanding commitment to meeting the needs of the seniors within the community.
