Our Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency is often called upon to respond to non-emergency and emergency situations. We assist with emergencies such as major fires and accident injuries, and we look for lost children and Alzheimer patients. We also coordinate with and support other local E.S.D.A. units. Our E.S.D.A. team members attend extensive training sessions given by the State of Illinois and Cook County Police Departments.
